Found a bug? Want to argue about move ordering? Have an idea that might finally help us beat Stockfish? We'd love to hear from you. ProZero is the kind of project where every email actually gets read — sometimes twice, while making coffee.

What to write about

Anything chess-engine adjacent. Bug reports are gold — if ProZero plays a move that looks wrong, send the position (FEN if you have it, otherwise a screenshot) and a sentence about what you expected instead. Feature ideas, position puzzles where the eval looks off, opening lines you'd like the engine to handle better, or "why on earth did it sacrifice the knight there" — all welcome.

Languages

English or German, whichever you're more comfortable in. We answer in the language you wrote.

Response time

It's a hobby project, not a service desk — replies might take a day, sometimes a week if life gets in the way. Nothing gets forgotten, but nothing gets a SLA either.

The coffee fund

If ProZero made your lunch break a little better, you can buy us a coffee — or a kakao for the junior dev. Every cup gets us one tempo closer to that Stockfish win. Strictly optional, of course; the engine plays the same whether you tip or not.
